Title: AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 43-13-115, MISSISSIPPI CODE OF 1972, TO AUTHORIZE PERSONS WHO ARE WORKERS WITH A POTENTIALLY SEVERE DISABILITY TO PURCHASE MEDICAID COVERAGE; TO PROVIDE THAT THE ELIGIBILITY OF THOSE PERSONS SHALL BE CONDUCTED AS A DEMONSTRATION PROJECT; TO DIRECT THE DIVISION OF MEDICAID TO APPLY FOR A FEDERAL WAIVER TO ALLOW FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRECEDING PROVISIONS; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.
